The Sprigtail Cottage is a five-bedroom Outer Banks home located in the Carolina Dunes community of Duck, NC. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive, bike ride, or long walk to the center of the Duck dining and shopping.

The home features:

• Private in ground pool (14’ x 28’). Pool closed approximately Oct-May. Please contact if any questions.

• The home is a 98-yard walk to the beach and features a number of sun and shade decks to enjoy ocean and sound breezes.

Please note that occasionally, some pools in Dare and Currituck Counties may experience a mild ground current. Generally, this is not caused by a pool defect or the household electrical system but appears as a result of the earth’s own natural electrical current. Certain properties may be affected more than others and the current trends to be intermittent in nature.

Guest must sign rental agreement. Security deposit required up to $500.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five and fifty hundredths percent (95.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five and fifty hundredths percent (45.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
